    1. Online Property South Africa (OPSA), owned by Online Synergy cc (CK 2004/054474/23) who owns and operates the website, which can be accessed at https://www.online-property.co.za/ (“the Website”)
    2. This privacy policy forms part of, and must be read together with, OPSA’s Standard Terms of Use available at https://www.online-property.co.za.
    3. This privacy policy applies to all persons and entities that use the Website and regulates the collection, storage of data including your name, contact details, banking details, company details, addresses, contact numbers, email addresses, location information, property searches, sales statistics, valuations, prices, rentals and any other information which relates to you, collectively referred to as “Personal Information.”

    1. You can use the Website to access various services (“Services”) offered by OPSA.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
